Satisfaction and Quality Guarantee
For myDaVinci the quality of our product offerings and customer satisfaction are of paramount importance. Accordingly, we have established processes to ensure that only the highest quality artwork is offered to all our customers. In addition we offer our customers a satisfaction guarantee on all their purchases.

Quality Assurance Process - Artist Recruitment
The initial step is ensuring that reputable, talented artists are recruited to the myDdaVinci network. Our Chinese Management Team is based in Beijing, a city containing large, world-class artist communities. The team consists of Chinese professionals with considerable experience and contacts in the artist community. They visit galleries, shows and artists' studios in order to identify gifted artists and work for the myDaVinci network.

Quality Assurance Process - Artwork
All of myDaVinci's products are subjected to a two-step quality control process:
(i) Checked initially by the myDaVinci offices at the point of creation in China.
(ii) Reviewed by customers online prior to the shipment of the artwork.

Satisfaction Guarantee
myDaVinci makes every effort to ensure that the displayed artwork is of the highest quality, and that it accurately represents the actual product. We hope that when you make a purchase, you will be completely satisfied.

Satisfaction Guarantee - Non-personalized product returns
For non-personalized products, including original and replica artworks, if you are not completely satisfied with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of initial delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Satisfaction Guarantee - Personalized products returns
Although most companies do not offer returns on personalized products, we have designed a policy that far exceeds industry standards.
(i) For traditional artworks based on photos, customers will be able to review a scanned preview of the artwork online and request modifications if necessary. We only ship the artwork to you when you are completely satisfied and approve the artwork. Payment is processed upon creation of the artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with the preview of your artwork, you may cancel the order. An instore credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchasing price, which can be redeemed at any time and used towards anything we offer on our website.
(ii) For modern artworks based on photos, if the optional preview email is selected when ordering, customers will be able to review a digital preview of the artwork online and request modifications if necessary. If the optional preview email is not selected, once created, the artwork is shipped within 3-4 business days from the original order date. Payment is processed upon creation of the artwork. If you selected the preview option and are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may cancel the order. An instore credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchasing price, which can be redeemed at any time and used towards anything we offer on our website.
(iii) For personalized Instant Art, due to the uniqueness of our product, we rely solely on the customer to pay close attention to the personalizing and ordering process. myDaVinci can not be held accountable for the following situations: Spelling errors, punctuation, or inaccuracies in text entered by the customer. We offer the preview process in order to eliminate any errors from slipping through. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to proofread and correct any errors within their personalized poster prior to completing the order. Although myDaVinci is not responsible for these types of customer generated errors, we are more than willing to work with you to resolve any problem that you may have. Please contact us if you receive any product you are not satisfied with and we will be glad to help.
(iiii) If you would like to return a personalized product for any reason, you may notify us within 30 days of initial preview email, if selected, or the physical delivery product for the full amount of the purchasing price in the form of store credit.

Satisfaction Guarantee – Damaged Products return
Should your receive artwork with damaged packaging or upon opening the artwork is in anyway damaged please contact us immediately via returns@myDaVinci.com. We have a number of ways to resolve such problems and our customer service department will be more than happy to guide you through the appropriate steps to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

* myDaVinci reserves the right to deny returns from customers with excessive return history.
* Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a refund.
